blood in the eye

i looked at my aros today n i notice one of them had some blood in one of its eye, i looked like maybe from a fight or just something pooked it, does anyone know if it will heal on its own ?

salt. raise the temp. the usual stuff. if it doesnt look serious, dont have to add any meds. also u can try to seperate if it looks like aggression until that aro heals.
