In most cases, it's the arowana beats the crap out of the pbass. One of lucky's aquarium mono got traded in due to a 18"+ Super Red aggression.

Each aro have different personality so you just have to watch out for when mixing.

My HBRTG was about 12" and the pbass were slightly smaller but heavier. They may have just spooked him and he could have knocked himself out. Pbass sometimes like to mouth lock and spar with each other, causing quite a commotion.
