Yes it does have three Barbels. Got to be one of the friendly fish I ever seen as well, followed me all day yesterday while I was drywalling around the tank.

You are lucky to have a three barbelled aro, they command a higher price in SEAsia to my knowledge. I've seen one other, an adult ShelookRed SR that belonged to a Singaporean.
