Plz ID this Arowana Like Monster!!!!!

Does Anyone KNOW What kind of Monster Fish this is?!?! It almost looks like an Arowana!!!! its SUPER LONG with crazy combo of colors I've never seen anything like this before! I found these pics randomly online.

I remember reading about them before the big quake in Japan. Apparently Japanese tradition holds that they appear before big quakes...

yep its an oarfish if you ever see them at the surface it unfortunately means they're going to die
