the parents are around 3-4 years old the female is about 24"?? its not quite confirmed on being leo pups yet. when i got this pair off scott the days were too close so it can posibly be leoxpearl, leo x hen or pure leos. we'll have to just wait and see.

Do you have a pup tank all ready to go? I'm guessing you have someone looking after your rays while you are gone. Make sure they check your rays every morning as pups almost always are born during the night. When moving them, don't take them out of the water - submerse a bucket and guide the pup into it and place the pup in the new tank. Make sure to transfer alot of the parent's tank water first to minimize any differences in water parameters. If you want, you can give them my number if they run into any issues.

I wonder if the time of year has anything to do with it. My Motoro female had pups Sept 9, mated right away, is definitely pregnant but has not had her pups yet. She is past the 120 day mark. I thought they were 90-100 days.
