Chen do you have any pics of your sump filled with the new bio home up? Like a full shot to get the feel for water flow ect I would love to see how you have it set up.

In my 300 gallon..... it was fully cycled and running great even have the 60gpd auto drip on it...... the day after i added my 2 big motoro's it trippled my bio load..... NO joke... I had to double the ceramic rings, and start doing water changes on top of the drip.... now its a waiting game to...

For the silicone application i was thinking to use a section of rubber mat and just cut a 45 angle about 3/8 of an inch and use that as a spreader???? You think that would work better than fingers?
