3D tv

anybody here who has tried it what do you guys think of it?? i am thinking of buying the sony bravia 3D mostly for hockey and football. Either way not sure if this is the right place, anybody want to trade for my 61" sony sxrd 1080p?? looking for any black rays.
 
seen them, like them, but think it's like 3-5 years away before it becomes anywhere close to main stream so will be holding off on it for now...:-)
 
Glasses for these are roughly $200. Everyone in the room watching would need them, could get pricey. That being said i have seen them and watched some 3D and it is pretty damn cool, good thing is they can be switched from regular 2D to 3D whenever. Don't know if i'd buy one just yet. The LED's are freakin crisp, also a kick ass TV..
 
Think maybe its better to wait a few more years for these to taper off regarding technology, think they are still perfecting it... but in the mean time.. LED! Picture on these is phenomenal. Lookin to buy one 60" in the next year.
 
I'm usually quite quick to pick up on new techs but this one I'm waiting....besides I only got my Pioneer Elite Plasma last year so...I'll wait....
 
yah i just got the pioneer elite last year too. wicked tv, found out that elite stopped making tvs and there guys went to panasonic, couldnt wait for better technology im a sucker for electronics and well aros and rays lol, had to get it. its awesome, picture is crisp.
