could it really be possible that it's been stung by a ray ?
been thinkin about pickin up some leo's
but im worried this would end up to my FRT now...
my FRT is my baby
 
I have had fish stung and that fish was not. I would bet 100% on bacterial.

Bad mp wouldn't cause a bacterial infection like that but I'm not much help with what would cause it either. Sorry to hear.
 
well...trying to get my hands on a Lince Catfish by end of the month so I'll wait to see if I can get one...if not I'll grab another Tig...Mike at H20's got 10" for only 150-200 each
 
wow thats cheap!!! 150-200 for a 10 inch is good.

im going to be in new york next week. i contacted mike at H2O about possibly visiting his facility. hopefully ill have some pics on this site soon.

ill check out those tigs for u chen. ill take some pics if i see some at his place.
 
I feel for you. I know how you feel as I just lost my female breeding motoro after a power outage of 16 hrs. It sucks to lose a treasured pet.
 
Chen, hows all your fish holding up? I am sorry to hear about your tig. It was a beautiful fish. Hope all is well with the other fish.:)
 
Sorry for your LOST!!!. The Tig need very good water quality. I guess your water quality has a spike and cause your tig to die thus the holes on the fin and it's belly.
Tig lives best on it's own without tank mates.
