It doesn't take much. A 3' or 4' tank is enough. Keep the temperature around 84-88F. Filtration can be as simple as a sponge filter, hob or canister. Large weekly water changes are recommended. A couple daily feedings of frozen blood worms supplemented with the occasional dry food such as tetra colour granules will keep them healthy and happy. The big "secret" to success with discus is starting with healthy stock.
