Very nice project.
For the heater i would suggest to used external temperature controller. Because most of build-in temp controller pretty weak accuracy (+- 4-7F) with lifesapan about a year. JBJ temp controller support max 1000watt and accuracy (+- 1.5F). It also come with a very nice feature that you can actually calibrate the unit.

thanks i do have external temp controller, going to used one 1000watee and one 800watt.

another contractor is coming over to upgrade the sub-floor reinforcement.

if everything going with schedule the tank will be rdy before nov

the floor reinforcement is finished, there are three 8"x8" sleeper beam, 72" long pressure treated.

Don't forget to run more power bud, or you'll likely cause a fire by over loading the current circuits.

same reinforcement I had for my 450 but only had 2 jack post...and YES on the added power...I've added 2 30amp circuits to drive my pump and heater (heater not being used)....

I ran 2 x 20 amp circuits for my tank and its only 300g.
