oh ya , he eats like a pig hence the nickname pignose turtle ..lol

diet is fruits and veggies , wafers and pretty much anything it can find :D

I want one sooo bad but I just can't see dropping $1600 on the one for sale close to me. They're so cute lol.
 
$1600?????m how many is that for? And where? Typically can get 4-6" size door 350-500 in the GTA.

Agreed, Aquatic kingdom has one the last time i was there about a week ago for $500. I'd say 3" shell diameter. An active little guy..

ya they sure dont cost that much !! maybe a fully grown one might be 800-1000 ? but not for a small dude !@! :D
 
Very cute! I have a chinese softshell turtle of almost the same size with my green aro and silver dollars. He eats mostly shrimp, I never tried fruit and veggies. I bought mine for $50 when he was about 1" across, he's now about 5" across.
