P14 not eating

I will have to be very careful with my next fish, because my gf has been in tears overnight because I don't want her cry again because of fish.
 
The whole things does not make sense... Howard do you think the fish was ever eating or just mouthing the food?
 
Would be nice to see some pictures of the underside. I know your girlfriend probably would not want to but if possible
 
The male was definitely eat when I got him, but he never eat much I would say half compare to female. The female would jump towards food, but he is more gentle.
The fish is at freezer now, I could take some pics when I get back tonight.
 
Now I can only wish my female stays strong because she has more dots compare to the male.

Maybe I can consider your male p14 now.

Sorry to hear Howard! How big is your female 14? Tim's male would look awesome in your new tank.

Let me know if you need help when the new tank is set up to move fish around. If I can I will drop by to help out, especially with so many fish.
 
Sorry to hear about this. It would be nice to figure out what happened so this doesn't occur to you or anyone again.
 
The female was still okay last week, but she doesn't eat much, maximum 3 earthworm a time, and usually one and a half MP per meal. I try to feed her twice a day when I am at home. She did grow atleast 1-1.5" in disc size ever since I have her for 3 months.
