Just found him under his 150 gallon tank. Already dried up considerably. Must have jumped early this morning. He was fine at 5 am. $#$^%%^$@%^U&@!%!!!!!!

He had just reached the 15" mark. #$^^&$&$@^&%^*%$!%$!%#$$%^!!!

He must have been spooked bad to make it through 1/4 plate glass lids with a light fixture on top.

You have just clarified again why I dont have an arrowana as this is exactly what happens to me as soon as they look anything better than silver!:(

I just wish I knew what spooked him in almost total darkness. I wonder if the marble moto made him jump.
 
I am sorry to hear this news Gerry. The fish showed great potential and was obviously well cared for. :(
 
yea i find if the room is completely dark, they freak out pretty bad. my chilli red was in a room where theres absolutely no lights. hed get freaked out when hes "sleeping" and another fish brushed against him. happened for some time until i found out what was bothering him. i added a night light in the room and he never jumped again.
 
Thanks again, guys. There is a bit of light coming from the laundry room through the night. It's never pitch black.

nooooooooooooooo, that is a beauty and just turn into teenager. If you have ray in your tank then chances are it spook the aro as ray swim up to the surface, did it break the glass as well?
