- We will make sure our livestock are eating well before they leave our tanks

DOA Procedure (Dead On Arrival)
Live Arrival Guaranteed to any major airport within Canada

In the event of a DOA, a photo of the fish in its original/sealed bag must be sent to [email protected] within 2 hours of the arrival time at the airport

- Replacement will be a fish of EQUAL value
- If a replacement fish cannot be found, money refund will apply
- Airline mishandling or delays are NOT covered by Exotic Aquaria
- Shipping cost is non-refundable
